Cancellation:if you provide 48 hours notice your deposit of $25 is transferable to your next appointment. If you are within your 48 hour window, the deposit is forfeited & 50% of service total is charged. Tardiness:if you are 10 mins+ late, there is a $15 late fee added,15 mins+ will be cancelled.
