CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand cancellations come up, if you provide 48 hours notice your deposit of $25 is transferable to your next appointment. If you are within your 48 hour window, there is a 50% cancellation fee. The fee is assessed by the services booked. Tardiness Policy: if you are more than 10 minutes late, there is a $15 late fee that will be added to your total. In the event you are more than 15 minutes late I reserve the right to cancel your appointment and not refund your $25 deposit.
